"BACKBEND"

Fitness specialist to host a "Backbend" workshop.

"We sometimes feel we’re gonna hurt our necks or create more pain in the spine if we move deeper or further beyond our comfort zone," says Anchelique Fjœre.

"However, there are safe ways to explore your spines possibilities."

Backbends improve posture, increases spine flexibility and mobility. Stretches abdominal muscles, increases oxygen levels and helps to alleviate back and neck pain.

Workshop will be held 21st and 29th in Sliema.
