The new summer collection of Carla Grima Kaftans and Sarongs is now available.
"This year I have experimented with mixed media; ink drawings, photography, digital photo editing, to create digital fabric prints. It was a long process but the defined colours and organic shapes resulted in eye catching textiles," she says.
Her techniques of different hand dying methods and block printing are used to create versatile and colourful Kaftans for days at the beach as well as evenings out.
Fabrics include silk mix, cotton and linen, all hand-made from start to finish. Last year's collection is here.
