A 10-week "Combined Power Yoga and Guided Relaxation" session will be held every Saturday morning from 9am to 10:30am at the Seabank.
"Tone up for summer and release your daily stresses at the same time with this 10-week course of combined power Vinyasa yoga and guided relaxation," says Alicja Marijnissen, the yoga teacher.
Each session consists of 45 minute power yoga session followed by 30 minute guided relaxation session by the Mind and Body Team Pippa and Lucy.
