PILOXING IN GZIRA, M'SCALA AND COTTONERA

Fitness instructor, Louise Agius introduces "Piloxing" to Kinetika Fitness Centre in Gzira, every Tuesday at 7pm.

Piloxing is a non-stop cardio fusion that incorporates cutting edge fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina.

"The program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. Adding also to that exhilarating dance moves and you have a muscle-toning, fat burning workout that will make you feel physically and mentally empowered," she says.

Classes are also available at Inspire Fitness Centre in Marsascala on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and at the Cottonera Sports Complex on Thursdays at 6:30pm.
