Kinetika has completed a major transformation of its facilities, including the installation of a range of new equipment and specialty areas.
New multifunctional trainers, Smith machine, incline decline and flat bench presses and a T-BAR are now installed, as well as, a variety of selectorized workout equipment. The interior has also been transformed with new furniture, paint and decor. A CCTV system and a new area with a no dumbbell or free-weights policy has also been included as part of the renovation.
The fitness centre is located at the National Pool Complex in Gzira and offers a Reebok ProShop and protein snack bar area. Hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 10pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am to 5pm.
