With over 10 years experience working as a nutrition wellness coach and personal trainer in Australia, London and Malta, Denise has created this ebook, saying, "I have helped many people to reach their goals. I will show you step by step what you need to focus on and what to do to reach your weight loss goal and keep it off in the long term."

Completing a Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management, she became a Wellness Coach and a contributing writer at WatchFit to help educate people on healthier eating and living.

Denise specializes in weightloss, toning, strength core training, having been one of Malta's first Kinesis instructors. She also teaches "Primal Flow", a bodyweight training system using natural movement patterns.
