"HOLIDAY" SURVIVAL GUIDE

A new direction to fat loss coaching, "Holiday" Survival Guide is now available online.

"We all know that either before or during a holiday coming up, we panic a little how we are going to keep up our fitness regime, especially during the festive season," says Denise Nicole Grixti, a diet and nutrition specialist.

A full guide to help you stay on track when away on holiday, during time off or surviving the festive season without gaining weight.

This e-book includes quick daily tips, plenty of meal plans and easy quick workouts you can complete in five minutes or in 20 minutes.

Completing a diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management, she became a wellness coach and a contributing writer at WatchFit to help educate people on healthier eating and living.

Denise specializes in weightloss, toning, strength core training, having been one of Malta's first Kinesis instructors. She also teaches "Primal Flow", a bodyweight training system using natural movement patterns.
