Gourmet fish shop prepares "free-from" stuffed calamari.

"Serving the freshest fish on the market which we take pride in choosing," says Chef Saviour Deguara.

Stuffed calamari is gluten and lactose free, stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, fresh herbs, eggs, perch and squid.

Suitable for a pescatarian diet are fish pies.

Fish whole, filleted, smoked, marinated, stuffed or other freshly prepared dishes to cook at home are also offered.
