"SUP" YOGA

Yoga teacher hosts "SUP" yoga workshop.
 
"Yoga practice on the board. No worries if you've never done stand-up paddling or yoga before," says the teacher.
 
Full-body workout is easy on joints, elevates heart rate for improved cardiovascular health, enhances balance and coordination, boosts mood and builds strong core.
 
First 30 minutes of paddling for core, back, and arms.
 
Dates and location to soon be announced.

All equipment is provided. Swimming ability is needed.

Specialised gym is located in Sliema.
