9AM CLASS NEW AT ACTIVEZONE

ActiveZone Fitness Club is introducing a Monday morning class, starting at 9am.

"I believe that the biggest obstacle in achieving ones fitness goals is the mind. Once a person changes their way of thinking, anything is possible," says Silvia Kun, the instructor.

Silvia is an OCR qualified fitness instructor who also provides one-to-one personal training sessions and fat burning, cardio and body toning classes at ActiveZone on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm.

The club accepts Smartcards.
