A free "Mindfulness" Workshop will take place on Wednesday at the University Of Malta from 2pm to 4pm.
"We all have issues that at times interfere with our wellbeing. It can be as simple as feeling bored and that there must be more to life, or more challenging issues such as stress, social insecurity or low self-esteem," says Anne Hamarsnes, a clinical psychologist.
"Most students experience stress in one way or the other. Stress interrupts with our concentration and memory, our sleep, emotions, energy levels and social life. Knowing how to regulate stress thus helps you utilize your resources in a more optimal manner."
This workshop will give you an introduction to what mindfulness is and how it can prevent stress and improve your overall life quality.
