Fitness instructor and personal trainer, Silvia Kun is introducing a morning class starting on Monday at the ActiveZone Fitness Club in Msida. The workout class begins at 9am.
"I believe that the biggest obstacle in achieving ones fitness goals is the mind. Once a person changes their way of thinking, anything is possible," she says.
Silvia is an OCR qualified fitness instructor who provides one-to-one personal training sessions and fat burning, cardio and body toning classes, also available at ActiveZone on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm.
