"AWAKEN TO MEDITATION" SESSIONS

Lotus Room Yoga Centre in Zebbug will be hosting a weekly "Awaken to Meditation" session every Friday at 7pm.

These sessions explore various types of meditation including mantra, breath, awareness and transcendental meditation, as well as yoga nidra (yogic deep sleep) and pranayama (various breathing techniques).

"We also take a look at how you can include these techniques into your daily life," says Jennifer Cortis, the instructor.


It is also the ideal opportunity to present questions, discuss and share experiences regarding yoga or meditation, over a cup of tea.
