TUESDAY ZUMBA CLASS AT BERTU'S

Bertu's Gym is now offering Zumba Fitness classes every Tuesday at 6pm.

"Classes are aimed at people who want to have fun and at the same time lose weight or keep fit," the management says.

The session is divided into three sections, starting with a warm up section, cardio section and a cool down section lasting for one hour. Classes are very energetic and include all styles of dance fitness. No experience is needed to join a class.
