8-WEEK MINDFULNESS TRAINING

Mindfulness is hosting another training course, starting on the 6th June at 6pm, and every Thursday evenings thereafter.

"We offer general mindfulness meditation classes as well as classes aimed at dealing with particular issues such as anxiety or depression," says Anne Hamarsnes, a clinical psychologist who runs the course that will be held in Gzira.

The 8-weeks course is experience-based and structured. The training consists of different meditation and yoga exercises, group discussions and teaching.
