The Dance Workshop's principal, Theresa Lungaro-Mifsud was awarded a scholarship by Raymond Lukens, director of the National Training Curriculum of the American Ballet Theatre.
The award was presented to her in Italy, where she was accompanying her students for an intensive training programme.
The Dance Workshop specialises in Contemporary dance and Jazz dance. Classes are also taught in Flamenco, Latin American and Tap.
