The Aikido Yamato Dojo will be making use of a grant received from the Malta Council of Volunteer Sector's Small Initiatives Support Scheme Fund to make available, a free 10-week introductory course in Aikido.
“This is a very positive and progressive decision by the VO Fund” stated Kevin Bonanno, president of the Aikido Yamato Dojo. “We are delighted to be able to demonstrate the positive physical, emotional and mental benefits of this ‘gentle’ martial art, particularly so in the context of volunteering and community support.”
