BEGINNERS YOGA CLASS

A four-week "Beginners Yoga Foundation" course begins tomorrow, 3rd October, and is held every Thursday at 5:30pm for four consecutive weeks.

Valuable for students with little to no experience, these sessions will offer practitioners an ideal opportunity to learn about yoga practice and correct breathing techniques," says Jennifer Cortis, yoga teacher.

During these sessions, students will work on the mind-body connection, flexibility and strength, balance and coordination through a sequence of basic Asanas (postures).
