A "Mindfulness" course will be held every Thursday from 6pm to 8:30pm, starting on 30th January to 20th March.
"We all have issues that at times interfere with our wellbeing. It can be as simple as feeling bored and that there must be more to life, or more challenging issues such as stress, social insecurity or low self-esteem," says Anne Hamarsnes, a clinical psychologist who runs the classes held in Gzira.
