YOGA AND PILATES CLASS IN ST JULIAN'S

A new Yoga and Pilates timetable is being introduced by Kate Borg and Elisa Camilleri, starting 26th April as follows:

Monday 6.30pm
Pilates Stretch and Strengthen
All levels

Wednesday 9:15am
Pilates - Kate
Intermediate
level

Thursday 10am
Yoga- Elisa
All Levels

Friday 7am
Pilates - Kate
Full Body Strength

Saturday 10am
Yoga – Elisa
All Levels

Classes held in St. Julian's are limited to six. Booking is required.
