"POLESANITY" FITNESS

After recently launching Pole Fitness Malta, Marissa Bose has introduced "Polesanity" every Sunday at 1pm.

The new fitness class incorporates body weight resistance training with exercises on the pole. "You'll tighten up, get stronger, become more flexible and have fun," she says.

Each Polesanity class consists of a warmup, quick intense workout, ending with a pole dance freestyle and deep stretching routine. Other classes include Pole Tease for a beginner to work on basic spins and choreography, Pole Routine to learn how to combine spins together to create a seamless routine, Pole Tricks which works on inverts, climbs, strength holds and trick combinations and Pole Play suitable for all levels.

Girls from age 16 are accepted with parental consent. Schedule and booking is available online.
