Conducted by the Malta Chen Taijiquan Association, "Tai Chi" classes for beginners are now available in Pembroke every Wednesday at 7:30pm and on Saturday at 9am.
Master Gianfranco Pace says, "Tai Chi's gentle and relaxed movements, if properly performed, will constantly develop an internal force that will give you a healthy lifestyle."
Offering benefits to improve posture, balance, weight distribution, energy flow and coordination, this class is in stark-contrast to the fitness centre's founding military-combat style instructional classes.
