A new "Pole Dancing" course for beginners will commence on 12th December at 6:30pm and will be held every Friday after, up to six weeks.
"You'll tighten up, get stronger, become more flexible and have fun. You can now book classes through Facebook," says Marissa Bose, the instructor.
Other classes include Pole Tease for a beginner to work on basic spins and choreography, Pole Routine to learn how to combine spins together to create a seamless routine, Pole Tricks which works on inverts, climbs, strength holds and trick combinations and Pole Play suitable for all levels.
