The centre's manager Zeljko Aras announces a new "Kettlebell Morning" class is now available with the addition of a new instructor.
Fitness specialist, Katalin Szeghalmi will be offering the class on Wednesday mornings, starting at 9:15am. She says, "A bit less technics, but more cardio training. Compete with yourself."
Currently, other classes available include Cardio Fusion, Abs on Fire, Corrective Body Balance, Get Fit Total Body, Calorie Burner Circuit, Core 'n Stretch and Tight 'n Tone. A class schedule is available online here.
Located at Tigne Point, the gym is open Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturday from 7am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
