"TRAINING ROOM" OPENS AT ST. PAUL'S BAY

The fitness centre is now open at St Paul's Bay.

"A different group training program every day. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance," says the fitness specialist.

Kettlebell is also available weekly and on Saturday.
