A new fitness class for children is now available.
Lucretia Hili, in collaboration with Fun Fit Friends, will be offering a new fitness class for kids. She says, "To build muscles and bones, for weight control, better sleep."
The classes are held at the fitness centre located in Santa Venera which also offers classes for women and for men, including yoga, Kung Fu, Zumba and cardio.
