"WINTER SCHEDULE" FROM LIVINGWELL

LivingWell Fitness at the Hilton has released its new "Winter Schedule".

"New punching bag just arrived. See one of the newly 'boxing for fitness' trained gym team for a workout," says Paul Sparling, the fitness director.

Also included in the new schedule is Piloxing, HIIT, Aqua Aerobics, Pilates and yoga.

Located at the Hilton Hotel, the fitness area is opened Monday to Friday 6:30am to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 10pm.

Facilities include a steam room, sauna and indoor heated pool.
