Fitness coach introduces "Swim Gym", a land and water based workout.

High intensity training on land for 30 minutes and 30 minute workout in the water for toning.
Includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), body weight exercises, cardio and core.
Training takes place at the National Pool Complex in Msida.
