"TEEN" YOGA

Teacher specializes in "Teen" yoga.

"Providing a space where people can come and connect to themselves, their bodies, their mind, and their spirit. Practising yoga mindfully on a regular basis will give you the discipline you never thought you had or needed," says Joanne Buttigieg.

Class includes breathing exercises, mindfulness, stretches, twists and bends, Acro yoga, guided meditation and journal writing.

Ages 12 to 16.
