Trainer offers an online "Mindfulness" course.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a practical and simple way to increase relaxation, self-awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and helps with managing emotions.

Online course runs for two hour session per week for six weeks via Zoom.

Meditation audio files and a mindfulness journal are provided.
