"POWER DANCE"

Instructor introduces "Power Dance" workout sessions.
 
"Vibin' with the latest music. Dance with steppers and dumbbells according to the beat. Let's lose calories and sweat it out," says Amy Monaghan.
 
Includes choreographies and 15 minute conditioning half way through.
