Instructor is running "morning" Pilates classes.
 
"We weren’t meant to be confined to cubicles. It is important to take care of your health and sanity. Apart from its physical benefits, exercise also helps to decrease anxiety, boost your mood and stimulate the brain," says Elaine. 
 
Engaging and varied matwork, Pilates exercises provide better core stability, postural alignment and flexibility.
 
Morning class is held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30am.
 
Thursday evening class also available, starting 6pm online.
