"TRAMPOLINE"

Winter schedule of "trampoline" sessions has been announced.
 
"Rebounding on a trampoline causes the valves in the lymphatic system to open and close simultaneously, increasing lymph flow. This boosts immunity, removes toxins, and helps slow down the aging process," says Claire Vella.
 
Avoid eating two hours before class. Drink water prior to class.
 
Sessions held Monday 5:30pm and 6:45pm; Tuesday 5:30pm and 7pm; Wednesday 9:30am, 5:30pm and 7pm; Thursday 6pm and 7:30pm; Friday 9:30am and 4:30pm; Saturday 9:30am.
 
Halloween special event class will be held on the 31st.
