"Train together twice a week at the same time and place with a dedicated coach. Team shows up, holds the standard, and back each other from start to finish," says Jeremy Portelli.
Workouts are a mix of strength and conditioning, functional movements with short intense intervals.
Meet Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday.
Each session is 55 minutes.
