A four-week, "Beginners Yoga Foundation" course begins on 18th April and is held every Thursday at 5:30pm for four consecutive weeks.
"It is an introduction to the fundamentals of yoga, whereby we take a look at and explain basic postures, as well as the correct breathing techniques," says Jennifer Cortis, the yoga instructor.
Valuable for beginner students, this session also presents the ideal opportunity to ask questions about yoga, breathing or meditation practice.
