A "Beginners Yoga Foundation" course will re-commence weekly every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm in Zebbug.
"This is an introduction to the fundamentals of yoga, whereby we take a look at and explain basic postures, as well as the correct breathing techniques," says Jennifer Cortis, the instructor.
Valuable for beginner students, this session also presents the ideal opportunity to ask questions about yoga, breathing or meditation practice.
