"BUM AND THIGHS" WORKOUT

Following their open day, Sky Spirit introduced their newest class "Bums and Thighs", a 30 minute workout.

"Feel energized with this high repetition circuit training class. We will specifically focus on the glutes, legs and thighs, to strengthen and tone," says the instructor.

As part of the Winter Schedule valid until end of December, this class is available Mondays at 9am; Wednesdays at 5:30pm, Thursdays at 7pm and Fridays at 12pm.

The fitness centre located in Luqa, at the airport, offers free two-hour parking, fully-equipped gym with indoor running track, various fitness classes and shower facilities.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm, Saturday from 6am to 6pm and on Sunday from 9am to 2pm.
