Having held an open week recently, "GymStars" introduced a gymnastics class for adults.
"We get as much satisfaction from seeing a young beginner performing a forward roll for the first time as an accomplished gymnast performing an advanced-skilled exercise," says the director.
The class is held in Tarxien on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. There is no particular level for adults, with beginners welcomed to join.
