In celebration of Women's Day on the 6th of March, an evening fundraising event, "Women In Me" will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Julian's from 5pm to 10:30pm.
"The first part will comprise of sessions, talks, workshops on highly interesting subjects, varying from aromatherapy, homeopathy, diet, health, fitness, to life coaching, makeup tips, women's rights and empowerment etc," says the organizer.
Proceeds from the entrance tickets will be donated to two emergency shelters for victims of Domestic Violence, Dar Merhba Bik and Dar Emmaus in Gozo.
"This event promises to attract women of all ages and will be an inflowing event, rather than a strict schedule, so people will be coming in all the time."
