A free-trial "Primal Flow" class will be held at Gnejna Bay, starting at 7:30pm on 14th July.
"A fun full body workout which helps improve general fitness, core strength, co-ordination and balance," says Pamela Borg, the instructor.
The 'body weight' training program is based on practicality, adaptability and efficiency. "Natural movement skills, such as running, balancing, jumping, crawling, climbing, lifting, throwing and so on, were essential for our ancestors to survive in wild environments. Most modern fitness programs have lost sight of this necessity of training the body and mind."
