"We often tend to forget drinking enough water especially at this time of the year. You can have warm water, or you can add a slice of lemon to give it a bit of taste," says Alicia Galea, registered nutritionist.
Personal trainer, Joseph Sciberras adds, "Drinking water can help you lose weight. We might confuse thirst with hunger, leading to extra consumption of food."
